Jonathan Vickers - Managing Director

Jonathan has been Managing Director of Capita Fiduciary Group in London since April 2005. He has been with Capita since 2002, having joined as Operations Director for Capita Life & Pensions Services.

Jonathan was previously Finance Director and CFO for Lincoln Financial Group and transferred to Capita under TUPE, when Lincoln outsourced its entire back-office function and 500 staff to Capita.

He has over 15 years experience working within the Life & Pensions and Investment industry.

Sue Lawrence - Director - Business Development

Sue has over 24 years experience in the capital markets industry having worked at a number of investment houses. She is experienced in acting as issuer, arranger and service provider on a wide range of debt products including securitisations, MTN programmes and stand alone debt issues.

Sue has over 8 years direct experience of providing corporate trustee services and joined Capita Fiduciary as a Director in November 2006.

David Baker - Director - Corporate Trust

David has worked in the London financial services industry for over 20 years. He has in-depth experience of providing corporate trust services to the debt capital markets having worked in a variety of roles in the corporate trust divisions of a number of City institutions.

He joined Capita Trust in 2006 with responsibility for business infrastructure and was subsequently appointed to head the Corporate Trust team in November 2006.

Sean Martin - Director - Personal Trusts

Sean joined the Trust Company in 1984 and has worked in a variety of roles in both corporate and personal trusts. He was appointed head of the Trusts and Probate department in 1997 which now encompasses the Pension Trustee business.

During 2007 he successfully managed the transition of the trustee business from the Official Solicitor and Public Trustee of the UK Government to Capita Trust. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Colin Benford - Director - Operations

Colin joined Royal & Sun Alliance Trust Company Limited in July 1980 and transferred to Capita through its acquisition of that company in May 2001.

Throughout this time he has gained extensive and wide-ranging experience in both personal and corporate trusts.

He now heads the Operations team at Capita Fiduciary Group London, with responsibility for finance, risk control, IT & systems and other operational support services.

Jonathan Eadie - Director - Compliance

Jonathan is an Associate of the Compliance Institute and became a Director of Capita Fiduciary Group in March 2006. He has been a Director of Capita Financial Group since November 2005 and has primary responsibility for FSA compliance and other regulators concerned with the Capita Financial Group operations overseas.

Jonathan was previously Head of Compliance for Framlington Group, incorporating compliance,
anti-money laundering and U.S. SEC responsibilities. He has extensive legal and regulatory experience spanning in excess of 20 years acquired through previous management appointments within the life assurance, collectives and asset management sectors, including FTSE100 companies.
